"textContent": "Hi,\n\nJust adding to this thread as another affected user. Our site has been down since June 5 on server sv101.\n\nTimeline from our side:\n\n * Initially only the post-login redirect was blocked (login page loaded fine, but after signing in the dashboard redirected to the cookies.html page)\n * As of today (June 6), even the root index.php is no longer loading — the cookies check is now blocking every request before PHP runs\n\n\n\nWe’ve confirmed:\n\n * Not incognito mode\n * Multiple browsers tested (Chrome, mobile)\n * Multiple devices and networks\n * No changes made to our code or .htaccess\n * FTP (port 21) also unreachable during this period\n * File Manager via the control panel still works\n\n\n\nThis is a PHP-based web application used internally by our company. The progressive worsening (partial block → full block) suggests the issue is escalating, not stabilizing.\n\nAny update on an ETA for resolution on sv101? Is there a workaround being considered beyond waiting?\n\nThank you.\nBrite Varghese",
