My site directory is unaccessible

My site is showing "This site can’t be reached" and my File Manager is completely empty > Def. not a firewall issue on my end because it was working perfectly fine for the last week up until yesterday That’s not quite how these things usually work. Firewalls, especially the ones with active threat protection, are frequently updated with new blocklists to protect against new threats. If your firewall got an update that includes a block to your website, then that would result in the website being down now but working fine before. But that’s just a guess on my part. The only thing I can say for certain is that your website is fully online.
