My site directory is unaccessible

Yeah I dont know what to say but the sites are not reachable from anywhere on any device for us. Cell signal - no dice; local McD’s WiFi - no dice; home wifi - no dice; VPN - no dice I see the error on the site management page is gone but the site is still not reachable
