Website becomes unresponsive and directory inaccessible after ~5 minutes

I’d be happy to help try figuring this out, but I need more information from you to do so. When your website “stops responding entirely”, then what do you actually see? Do you see any errors on your website? And you says that on the file manager, you “receive an error”. What is the error you get?
