"textContent": "I did stumble across this post from the Owner:\n\nA connection timeout error could indicate a network level block between you and our servers. But those blocks are temporary and should clear out automatically after 24 hours.\n\nThis block could be caused by us, we have some systems in place that detect suspicious traffic and can block IP addresses. But it’s much more common to be a security restriction on your network, like a firewall.\n\nWe pack accounts tightly to keep costs under control and free hosting has a bad reputation for attracting abuse. So some network administrators therefore conclude that free hosting is too dangerous and will block our IP addresses.",
