A browser that does not open websites inside it. (just shows results)

I was talking to an AI, and it was confusing whether my browser is legal according to the Terms of Service (TOS) of InfinityFree or not. The browser I made in PHP has been removed from being live, so I believe I am safe regarding InfinityFree’s rules.

My browser works by using APIs such as Wikipedia and others. When a person searches for something, the API returns results similar to a search engine like Google. There is also an option to submit a website. The admin checks the submitted content from example.com/admin, and if it is acceptable, it gets approved and added to the search engine. After approval, when someone searches for that website, it appears in the search results. There is also a built-in calculator in my browser.
