Whatsmydns.net shows that it is accessable at most name servers world wide, with a blip in Bejing and germany MX toolbox also show’s it as working: Since its working on google dns but not your ISP’s dns, its possible that your ISP are blocking the gt.tc domain. This happens a lot.
