To answer your original question: no, iblogger.org is not down. Since you say “also”, I’m assuming that you are referring to the ongoing outage with some other domains. But the error you see is actually very different so that’s a good sign that it’s probably not related. The domain web.iblogger.org is pointed to a premium hosting IP address right now. I checked your account and I see that you added this domain to your account yesterday. So what I think happened is: someone else had this domain name before, they purchased a premium account and had this domain migrated to it. The domain was then removed from free hosting and you were able to use it again. If the domain is still in use on premium hosting, then it means the domain wasn’t actually available and you can’t use it. But it doesn’t look active, so I’ve asked iFastNet to check this.
