Those are the kinds of websites that promise free stuff, then send you through a maze of ads and “surveys” to get it only to come back with some nonsense reason at the end (“out of stock”, “technical issue”) to not give you the stuff.\n\nBut from your description, it doesn’t seem like you’re doing that kind of thing. What you’re describing is just a gamification feature, similar to what many other shops have. As long as the main purpose of your site is e-commerce, I don’t see any problem with some gamification on the side.",
