Generating redirecting file under the new subdomain to fix the dns issue that happen

My old subdomain is: wuaze

Error Message OtherThis site can’t be reached Check if there is a typo in bikerhub.ct.ws. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN To the Admin Please help us step by step,to migrate our websites from old subdomains to the new one Because i create a new subdomain, i’d uploaded the files and the database under the new one and ive changed the Url at phpmyadmin ,but it still does’nt work,so i’v deleted the new subdomain and recreate it a lot of time untill id faced another issue : can’t generate a redirected file under this new created subdomain…so please can you instructer us by a details description or a simple step by step video Other Information
