SSL Certificate Install Failed - Not Found Error

My SSL certificate for luxetrendboutique.shop has been issued by Let’s Encrypt

but the Install button returns “Not Found” every time. I have tried deleting and re-ordering multiple times. The CNAME record is correctly set. Please manually install the certificate for account if0_41893247.
