Well you are indeed a bit unclear, sorry I misunderstood. Either way you are not supposed to touch that login page. I understand you wanted to use Softaculous but currently you can do nothing about it. You are never, ever supposed to login into that cPanel. Because you don’t own a cPanel hosting account. You cannot reset the password with that. You need to wait. There’s no workaround at the moment.
