  "textContent": "I’m seeing a similar/related issue - When I click “Control Panel” from the menu in my account, it opens the Control Panel interface, but then when I click “Softaculous Apps Installer” I get a cPanel login page instead of seeing Softaculous. My account id is prefilled in the username but the password from my account does not work. (I have redacted the username in both screenshots.)",
