  "textContent": "Hello,\n\nMy domain happiness-star-motel.gt.tc is returning a 403 Forbidden error on the entire website.\n\nWhat I have already tried:\n\n  1. Renamed .htaccess to .htaccess_backup\n  2. Renamed the /plugins folder to /plugins_backup (disabled all plugins)\n  3. Checked file permissions (folders 755, files 644)\n  4. Verified my account is Active in the Client Area\n\n\n\nThe error persists. This strongly suggests a server-side WAF/ModSecurity block.\n\nCould a staff member or moderator please check the WAF/ModSecurity logs for my account/domain to see which specific security rule is blocking access?\n\nThank you.",
