If you check the Health Check section for your domain in the client area, you’ll see the reason is actually right there: The second warning is the reason you’re seeing this message. If there is no index file for your website, you may see a 403 error. Did you already attempt to set up a website? If so, please make sure it’s installed DIRECTLY in the htdocs folder, not in a subfolder.
