Unable to Remove Domain from Suspended Account

I don’t know, they generally respond fairly fast but the staffs are based in UK and uses UK time. Now it is afternoon in the UK so it might not matter much but you need to keep this in mind if you are replying some time else. Besides they may decide to not reply under severe abuse.
