  "textContent": "When working with websites, you should only ever use UTF-8 encoding. It’s what browsers and most editors expect, and supports all characters in all languages as far as I know.\n\nWindows has the annoying habit of defaulting to Windows-specific encodings (that don’t work anywhere except on Windows desktops). And when giving you encoding options, that they tend to make encodings “easier to understand”, which means inventing their own names for it which makes it less clear what it actually means.",
