Upgraded but not seeing it?

I wanted to add email to the domain and site. So I went to upgrade to the starter pack used my business card to pay and now I cant login to IFastnet nor do I see the upgrade on the infinityfree pages either. Still asks me to upgrade. Did I miss something when I setup the account on ifastnet?
