Failed to create folder

I just checked your account based, but the htdocs folder is already there. I can’t tell for sure with the blurry background in the screenshot, but it looks like you already had two directories, just like you have now. So the reason you were unable to create the htdocs folder seems very simple: a folder with that name already existed.
