How recently did you set up your site? if its less than 72 hours you may need to wait for all the DNS providers to update their records.\n\nAlthough since you’ve managed to get a sub sub domain, I’m guessing this is an older site?\n\nIf its been more than 3 days, it may be that individual ISP’s are blocking your site. It happens quite a lot, and you may need to reach out to them to unblock it.\n\nAlternatively, you can get a custom domain (which will need 3 days for DNS propergation) which is less likely to be blocked",
