SSL active but wont work

i switched windows users and in private browsing it shows that the connection is not secure. This was moments ago. My friends iphone using firefox focus is getting the same error and when loaded they get a placeholder wordpress website and not the one i’ve built Myself i’m getting it loaded just fine on my phone and Pc with and without private browsing Something isn’t right and i have no clue how to fix it.
