Here’s the “earlier” thing you might be waiting for. For 4 days now, every time i connect to neighbor’s wifi as usual, i was assigned an IP from the wrong subnet. (From .11.0/24 instead .1.0/24.) Since my house has a similar device, “Ha! This is repeater’s wrongdoing!” but it dawned on me that it’s even the repeater that does this. Instead i reboot the router and forcing myself to use static IP. Until i port scanned 192.168.1.5, bam. The stupid repeater leaking DHCP broadcast. For their model, there’s a handy reset button, so i pushed it. Ah, back to the correct IP assignment. Few hours later, i can see other devices in DHCP table again ever since
