It’s not related to your account’s resource usage, it’s not caused by free hosting having low limits and it’s not caused by using free hosting.

Your activity on your website is triggering a security filter that is causing you (and just you, nobody else!) to get blocked from accessing your website.

Why are you hitting it? I don’t know. But I know with 100% certainty that this is a security filter block. The data doesn’t lie, even if it doesn’t come with a clear explanation as to why the data is the way that it is.
