Hello,

My hosting account (Username: if0_41430368) has been suspended. I believe I hit the daily server limits while setting up Firebase authentication on my WordPress site.

I urgently need to take a full backup of my WordPress files and database so I can migrate the site to a more stable environment.

Could you please let me know when the account will be reactivated, or if there’s any way to access the file manager just to download my backup?
