I cannot connect to FTP

I use FileZilla to connect to FTP. I have found FTP Details for my account.However,I fill in the FTP information,it comes out “Error: Failed to connect to the server”

Other Information

I also change my account password. and try FTP hostname ftp.epizy.com or using the IP address 185.27.134.11. but the error still remain
