My IP is blocked but how long?

Thanks for your reply dan3008 :-)I’m sure my IP is blocked cause I can reach my site everywhere except from my home. I tried the suggested test on:testing-ssl.rf.gd => Le délai d’attente est dépassé I also tried twice to shutdown and restart my routeur (wait 10 min before restart it) => but my IP didn’t changed
