What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m a newbie, I just bought this domain. I uploaded some simple index.html to my hosting. I configured an “A” DNS Record in Cloudflare. I waited more than 2 weeks in case it was a matter of time for it to be sorted out, but it doesn’t seem to be changing.
