Because that might have caused a redirection to a 403 page.\n\nWhen an account is suspended, you get an email about it, and you get a notification in the client area that its been suspended. Additionally, it redirects to suspended-domain.net (I think thats the right one?) not to a 403 page.\n\nThings that can cause a 403 redirect are incorrect htaccess rules, or banned words in the URL such as “Chat”",
