"Hello, this is HYBE.

We sincerely apologize to all the fans who attended the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN concert on June 12 for the significant inconvenience caused by the delay in the start of the performance.

We made every effort to ensure a seamless operation and provide you with a memorable experience, but a combination of factors, including confusion regarding on-site guidance, bottlenecks in the fan gift distribution lines, and delays in merchandise pickup, resulted in the delay of the main performance.

We sincerely apologize once again for the disappointment and inconvenience caused to the audience members who waited so long to see the concert.

To prevent similar congestion from occurring at tomorrow’s performance, we will thoroughly review and improve all aspects of on-site operations, including admission and gift distribution.
