as someone who became a kpop stan in 2017, back then idols actually look and feel like actual singers and artists. tiktok changed everything with those dance challenges every idols are doing just makes them look like ordinary influencers. not everyone will agree with this but personally for me kpop died after 2021-2022. 5th gen feels weird in general.
