Amid allegations of plagiarism regarding their song 'How Sweet,' which have led to a lawsuit against the group NewJeans in the U.S., their agency has issued a statement.

On the afternoon of the 9th (KST), a representative from their agency, ADOR, told Xports News, "We checked with BANA, who was in charge of composing and producing 'How Sweet,' and they maintain that there was no plagiarism."
