Singer Baekhyun is currently in discussions regarding an exclusive contract with Galaxy Corporation, the agency of G-Dragon.
According to multiple music industry sources on the 22nd, Baekhyun recently met with representatives from Galaxy Corporation to hold in-depth discussions about an exclusive contract. The two sides are currently in the negotiation phase, and the final decision on whether to sign the contract is expected to be determined based on the outcome.
Previously, Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin sent a certified letter to INB100 CEO Cha Ga-won at the end of March notifying her of their intention to terminate their exclusive contracts. They reportedly demanded a response regarding unpaid settlements and contract violations, but decided to terminate the contracts after receiving no feedback from the company.
Recently, SHINee’s Taemin also left CEO Cha Ga-won to join Galaxy Corporation. Attention is now focused on whether Baekhyun will join Taemin as their “third member” under the same agency.
