1. That's right, that was a hot topic back in 2018-2018. This was a constant topic

2. They both have short lower faces and their faces are small, but other than that, I'm not sure

3. I think that the fact that they are both so round and cute are the only resemblances. Their voices are different so I can't feel the similarities

4. I'm not sure at all... their images are similar though

5. Their clear eyes are similar

6. They are both the puppy-type with clear eyes
