WV3380 : Old Milestone, St Clair Hill (Ancien jalon)

At "The Chestnuts". On the west side of the road, used as gatepost, in boundary wall. Carved stone post, 19th century.

Inscription reads: II

Milestone Society National ID: CI_GU702 (Chez "The Chestnuts". Sur le côté ouest de la route, utilisé comme poteau de porte, dans le mur d'enceinte. Poteau en pierre sculptée, XIXe siècle.
