I've noticed that blinky plants send a pulse in every direction EXCEPT directly below. Is this a bug on the servers where I've seen this? (Tunneller's & Jungle) Or just a bug? Intentional? Why is it not documented if so?

I never thought twice about this potentially not being intentional. At this point, changing it would probably break a lot of things.
