Sometimes on ContentDB a mod, even if it meets policy and has been approved, will get removed by the author after they lose interest, quit out of dissapointing response, feel too pressured for updates, and so on. You might be able to contact the author (forums - inactive on forums since 2024) on some platform about getting a copy, or volunteer to maintain it, bring it back, or what-have-you.
