AI can help you create mods, but definitely only basic ones, since I also made one with AI but had to modify it myself because the AI mixed up functions or broke the code. If you want a well-structured and functional mod that you can maintain yourself, I don't recommend using AI. I only use it to ask about errors I don't yet understand.
