@Arceusel - No, no and no! That's for 3rd party mods to implement with their own lucky blocks using the API provided. I made the original block to be a random surprise on purpose.

You could easily purge the block list and add as many blocks as you like containing their own tier of lucky block surprises with craft recipes.
