Man pleads not guilty to new charges in killing of West Virginia guard member

The Justice Department issued a new indictment against Rahmanullah Lakanwal, the man accused of killing one West Virginia National Guard member and wounding another in a November attack in the District, including six charges that qualify for the death penalty.
