Spanberger kills Prescription Drug Affordability Board proposal in Virginia

A five-year effort to curb drug prices in Virginia through its own Prescription Drug Affordability Board just faced its third veto between two governors, as Gov. Abigail Spanberger formally rejected the measure Tuesday.
