State settles Key Bridge suit for $2.25 billion; Dali owners face criminal charges

Federal prosecutors unsealed a criminal indictment Tuesday against the owners and operators of the cargo shop Dali, for its role in the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, the same day state officials reached a $2.25 billion lawsuit settlement in the case.
