Kanaiyah’s Law, other bills protecting foster kids among 200 bills signed into law

Gov. Wes Moore signed more than 200 bills into law Tuesday, but only one led to an extended hug from Moore for a grieving mother. Kanaiyah's Law was featured among bills that ranged from immigration protections to voting rights and grocery prices.
