First ICE officer charged with assault in Minnesota has Maryland ties

An ICE officer who appears to be from Temple Hills faces a Minnesota criminal charge for allegedly brandishing his service weapon at two people during Operation Metro Surge, in what Hennepin County prosecutors said was a first-of-its-kind case in the country.
