Bill to ease restrictions on second jobs for lawmakers gets a boost

Sen. Ron Watson walked away from a Prince George’s County school system job due to potential ethical concerns, but he didn't walk away from the issue, and his bill to make it easier for lawmakers to have second jobs got an important boost Friday.
