‘Elopement’ bills, to safeguard those with autism, dementia, steadily advancing

The House and Senate both gave unanimous approval to bills requiring police training for "elopement" -- when someone with autism or dementia wanders way -- two pieces of a multipronged package of bills working steadily through the legislature.
