DC Water completes final emergency repairs to Potomac Interceptor

Wastewater began flowing again through the Potomac Interceptor on Saturday, after DC Water crews completed the final steps to reopen the line and end a bypass through the C&) Canal, almost two months after the sewage pipeline ruptured.
