Developmental disability advocates gather for one last rally before Senate budget decisions

Hundreds of developmental disability advocates rallied Thursday to dissuade lawmakers from making a massive budget cut to the agency that oversees services -- a last "Hail Mary" effort before senators begin votes Friday on next year's budget.
