Jeffries brings redistricting push to Maryland Senate president

Gov. Wes Moore's stalled effort to redraw the state's congressional districts got a high-profile push Wednesday from U.S. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.), but a whirlwind morning of meeting does not seem to have changed any minds.
