Black Caucus lays out legislative priorities for 2026 session, notches a win

The Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland notched a victory on its expanded list of legislative priorities Thursday, when the House and Senate approved a 287(g) ban the same day caucus members unveiled their agenda.
