Ellis demands redistricting vote, walks off Senate floor in protest

The debate over congressional redistricting heated up Thursday as one Democratic senator demanded the full Senate be allowed to vote on the bill, before storming off the floor. But the bill still sits in committee, where it is expected to stay.
